Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making any booking.

BOOKING:

To place an order you must follow the procedures set out on the home page of our website. All orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance of your departure.
In the event that we are unable to allocate your booking request, we will advise you accordingly.
Confirm that all details you provide for booking the service are correct.
It is your responsibility to check the details of your booking on the confirmation e-mail prior to travel and inform us if corrections need to be made.

RATES

The applicable rate of any service is the price displayed on your confirmation e-mail at the time of your order.
Prices quoted are per vehicle in Euro (€).
You must pay by cash at the time of service.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

If you have any special requests (bulky luggage, baby seat etc.) please place them at the time of booking.

AMENDMENTS, CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS

Amendments, Changes or Cancellations can be made directly up to 24 hours prior to the arrival of your service booked date, sent to us in writing, by email at [email protected] or by calling through to +30 6942 5757 33.

FORCE MAJEURE

Force majeure means that we will not pay you compensation if we have to cancel or change any service because of any unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. These can include, but are not limited to, accidents and related delays, unplanned marches, demonstrations and organised disruption, police operations, unforeseen road hazards, terrorist activity and its consequences or the threat of such activity, riot, the act of any government or other national or local authority, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions or other similar events outside our control.

RESPONSIBILITIES, COMPLAINTS

If your flight is diverted, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible.
If you encounter a problem with your Service, please inform  us and we will immediately investigate the matter with the driver.
